The Role

As one of the first members of the operations team, you will be working directly with the Head of Support & Operations to design and operate the following processes:

• Execution of exception handling for Cledara’s customer invoice matching process.
• Execution of merchant classification and enrichment process.
• Customer payment and reconciliation-related processes.
• Execution of customer rewards payout process.
• Execution of Cledara's SaaS-tracking feature.
• Coordinate with the Product team to prepare for new feature releases and support their functionalities.
• Think outside the box to find ways to enhance and improve existing processes by leveraging automations and LLMS.
• Develop & execute the processes for Cledara's payment operations function.
