The Role:

As a Business Analyst at Cledara, you will be reporting into our Product team, collaborating closely with our Design and Engineering teams.

You will effectively bridge the gap between Product, Design and Engineering and play a key role in enabling the continuous development of our Product. You’ll do this by supporting in the identification of potential solutions to specific challenges through analysis of information. You will also facilitate and coordinate the project management behind the implementation of any solutions.

You will gather and analyse information in relation to a company problem/ solution/ feature, and then develop, communicate and document findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to gather and analyze information related to product features and identified challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining key documentation, such as Product Discovery Documents, dashboards, and reports, to align and support internal teams (e.g., QA, Marketing, Customer Support), and ensuring these documents are regularly shared and updated.
  • Working closely with developers, designers, and product managers to develop optimal solutions for our customers, and support its implementation.
  • Assisting the Product team in accelerating the product development cycle by sourcing ad-hoc insights on our product, our customers, and external industry trends.
