Remuneration: £32,000 + Uncapped OTE £45,000
Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Your Mission
We’re expanding our sales team with passionate and ambitious professionals who will play a key role in continuing the growth of Cledara and maintaining our position as the leading SaaS subscription management platform. In this role, you’ll help companies simplify their software management process, enabling them to gain control, reduce unnecessary costs, and scale efficiently. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will be part of the team that leads the top of the sales funnel by proactively reaching out to companies globally, discovering new business opportunities, and introducing our unique product. Your primary responsibility will be to spark interest, create meaningful connections, and set the stage for our Account Executive team to convert prospects into valued customers as we continue to grow rapidly in 2025.
A Day In The Life Of An SDR…
- Identify and engage with Ideal Customer Profile companies across the US, UK, and Europe, providing them with relevant, valuable content and solutions.
- Schedule outbound meetings through a combination of calls, emails, and personalised outreach via social channels.
- Take the lead in building trust and fostering relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite/Finance leaders).
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation of all activity in your CRM tool, Outreach.
- Drive innovation, share best practices, and celebrate success to build trust with stakeholders and excel with a high-performing sales team.
- Maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset, while being an adaptable team player.
