About the role

You’ll join our dynamic Product team to lead the end-to-end design process—researching, ideating, prototyping, and refining solutions that elevate the user experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customer-facing teams, using data and user insights to drive decisions.

This remote-friendly role is ideal for candidates with 4+ years in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or FinTech. In this role, you’ll:

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of product design or relevant design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or FinTech, with a proven track record of improving user experience and driving business impact through design.
• Ability to empathise with users and translate their needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Relevant case studies demonstrating a user-centered design process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, Sketch or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Growth-driven mindset with a user-first approach who can balance aesthetics, functionality, and business goals.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.

Even better if you have

• Expertise skills in Figma: working with advanced capabilities such as libraries, variants, auto layout, and dev mode, as well as building out prototypes to successfully validate solutions with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience working with design systems, accessibility, and component libraries.
• Familiarity with product analytics software & session recording tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to validate/inform product design hypothesis.
• Understanding of user psychology, behavioural drivers, and decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to enhance developer collaboration and streamline the design-to-development handoff.

Salary range: €40,000 - €45,000
