The Role
As one of the first members of our Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Support & Operations to help build and run the processes that power Cledara’s platform. Your work will directly impact our customers and product, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how operations evolve as we scale.
You will be responsible for:
- Executing exception handling for Cledara’s customer invoice matching process
- Managing the merchant classification and enrichment process
- Supporting customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes
- Operating and improving Cledara’s SaaS tracking features
- Collaborating with the Product team to prepare for new feature releases and ensure smooth operational support
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes using automation and large language models (LLMs)
- Helping to design and run Cledara’s payment operations processes
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Passion for technology startups and curiosity about the SaaS industry
- Confidence working with data, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets functions such as VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, and Pivot Tables
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of their work
- Eagerness to learn new tools and systems — especially those that support modern product and operations functions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

Salary range - €23,000-€25,000
