Sales Representative

With a proven sales playbook, clear ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and strong support from our CEO, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing company.

Who We’re Looking ForWe are searching for candidates who:

- Can excel with structured support, learning our proven sales processes, including prospecting.

Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is required.
- At least two years of prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong technology skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.

Your responsibilities will include:
Drive Sales Funnel Success:
- Manage and advance qualified leads through each stage of the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the CEO to close high-value deals and secure client relationships.
Lead Generation:
- Identify, develop, and qualify new leads.
- Leverage prospecting techniques to fill the top of the funnel with high-potential targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Strategically manage prospect relationships to understand and address client needs.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to secure renewals and uncover upsell opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Partner with the Marketing Team to create tools that generate leads and with Customer Success to improve the customer experience.
- Record and manage sales activities in the CRM (Monday.com).
- Provide feedback to our Data and Development teams to align Sales efforts with company objectives.
