As the Technical Project Manager at CModel, you will play a pivotal role in driving both product development and customer satisfaction. You will partner closely with our Product Manager and CTO to manage enterprise project execution and product delivery. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth delivery of our service with coordination between our Technical team and key enterprise customers. This includes supporting the product roadmap. Additionally, you will work with our CEO, who leads direct sales, to align project priorities with customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Requirement Management: Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather, clarify, and prioritize their requirements. Ensure customer feedback is seamlessly integrated into the product development process.
  • Project Management: Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans that align with customer needs and internal development timelines. Collaborate with the Product Manager to manage product features, scope, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between the CEO (sales), Product Manager, and the technical team, ensuring that customer expectations and business goals are clearly understood and met.
  • Product Roadmap Support: Support the Product Manager in maintaining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities and development timelines.
  • Enterprise Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring project goals are achieved efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of customer requirements, project timelines, milestones, and product features.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from enterprise customers to guide product improvements and new feature development.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing customer-facing projects.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language and vice versa.
  • Proven experience managing project timelines, customer expectations, and supporting product roadmaps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.

Technical Literacy:

  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Hubspot, Gsuite).
  • Basic understanding of web application development (knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus).

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, sales, and customer support.

Sales Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with the CEO and contributing to sales strategy and customer-facing interactions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a technical role such as a business analyst, product owner, or with hands-on development.
  • Familiarity with the startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
  • Knowledge of or experience with enterprise software systems or decision intelligence platforms.
