QBK Sports is seeking a full-time Beach Volleyball Head Coach to oversee coaches for our youth and adult programs, all aspects of coach development and player progress. This is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a strong background in beach volleyball.

The Beach Volleyball Head Coach will be tasked with building and expanding a coaching team that will deliver an experience that keeps players engaged, progressing in the sport, having fun and coming back for more. You will also be responsible for all aspects of the service from marketing to interacting with parents and athletes to training junior coaches.

QBK’s Beach Volleyball Head Coach will:

• Manage coach schedules and logistics
• Create and implement coach development and training plans
• Communicate with coaches and players, and handle program-related inquiries
• Reach out to leads furthering business development and marketing
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Get and keep people engaged in programs (camps, youth classes, etc.)
• Work with QBK management on planning, implementing, and coordinating all of our beach volleyball programs and events
• Keep events running smoothly and on time

Ideal qualifications (these are ideal, not requirements):

• Plays and loves beach volleyball!
• Experience building an athletic program
• Experience working with kids
• Friendly and outgoing as well as enthusiastic personality
• Organized with good time management and communication skills
• Quick thinking, able to improvis
• Sales and marketing experience
• Schedule flexibility – be able to work weekends, holidays, and/or extended workdays
  • *weekend and weeknight availability is a must
