Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement soccer training programs for players of all ages and skill levels
• Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
• Teach proper techniques for passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending
• Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork

Experience:

• Previous experience as a soccer coach or player is preferred
• Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and coaching techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and other coaches
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
• Experience in behavior management and creating a positive learning environment

Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
