Kidokinetics is a mobile sports program. We introduce sports to kids in a FUN and non-competitive way teaching children the fundamentals of ALL sports for children 1 to 10 years old. Programs are conducted at daycares, schools, parks or community centers. Looking for a coach to serve the Greater Indianapolis area!

• Kids ages are 2-10 years of age
• Non-competitive enrichment-based programs
• Schedule: Monday to Friday most times from 9-noon and/or 2-5pm
• Locations: Indianapolis, IN
• Comp: $22/hour

• Hours: 20 – 30 hours per week (we are looking for part-time and full-time coaches)

Sports: Offer 20 different sports in a fun, non-competitive environment

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and guide groups of young children in sports activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

2. Introduce innovative techniques and drills during practice sessions to enhance players’ skills.

3. Coach players on the fundamentals of the sport, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

4. Serve as a mentor and positive role model for young athletes, promoting character development and sportsmanship.

5. Ensure punctuality and efficient check-in of students for classes and camps.

6. Manage classroom settings effectively, demonstrating excellent time and behavior management skills.
