We are Hiring Tennis and Pickleball coaches to teach youth ages 5-10 for Kassirer Sports after school program at local elementary schools all over San Francisco Bay! Coaches drive to local public and private elementary schools in their community to teach group youth sports classes. Participants are beginners and novice.

WE ARE HIRING NOW for ongoing and upcoming sessions starting in April

Mon-Fri Kassirer Sports Class Schedules:

• We customize each schedule based on our coach’s afternoon availability between hours of 12:45pm-5pm.
• Coaches can teach at 1-2 schools per day, Monday – Friday. (1 class per school)
• Each shift is 1.25 hours – 2.25 hours. (includes set-up)
• Sessions run 8-10 weeks, depending upon school and day.
• Classes run during the school year. We are off for school holidays.

We are hiring coaches to start working immediately:

• Tennis, Pickleball, Soccer, Basketball,
  • MTuWThFr classes around 3:30pm-5pm or 3:15pm-4:45pm +
• Tuesday classes 1:50pm-3:05pm. Wednesday classes 1:15pm-2:30pm
• Track and Field on Mondays in 2:25pm-4:00pm &
• Tennis and Pickleball on Thursdays 1:15pm-2:30pm and Tennis/Pickleball on Wed 1pm-2:15pm
• San Jose to Fremont up to San Mateo

Coaches are hied as part-time employees. We provide:

• Lesson plans/Ongoing support & training
• Youth Sports Equipment
• 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked
• Schedules/Rosters via an app
• Direct Deposit payroll bi-weekly
• We pay $10 per class bonus when coach’s group has 12-15 students, and $25 bonus for full classes with 16 students

Requirements to Coach:

• Ages 18 or older
• Skilled in sport to teach beginner youth quality fundamentals
• MUST HAVE A CAR
• Able to be cleared by DOJ of any felonies (all coaches are live scan finger printed prior to starting)
• Reliable, prompt, engaging, positive demeanor to work with youth
• Comfortable managing a group of kids ages 5-10
• Able to follow lesson plans and accept feedback
