Qualifications

• Needs to have club coaching background and be familiar with the Socal Soccer League
• Must have Club coaching experience
• Must have knowledge of the Club soccer landscape in Southern California
• Experience working with young children
• Comfortable working with toddlers as young as 4 years old
• Must have car
• 18+ years old
• Must have Soccer Coaching License (preferably D license)
• Must have Club Soccer coaching experience

• We aim to develop our players by challenging them in a positive learning environment to maximize their potential, whilst moving them forward in soccer, in our community and in life
• Showing up on time to sessions, physically and mentally prepared
• Excellent communication skills via email/in person to parents/coaches
• Interacting with young children, parents, coaches
• Equipment set-up and break-down
• Implementing curriculum coaching sessions
