The Role: Soccer Coach / Academy Manager’s run their own academies within a defined territory, hiring coaches to support them in delivering quality soccer coaching to children aged 4 – 12 years.

Description: This is an opportunity to work full-time in soccer running your own successful soccer coaching territory as a Soccer Coach / Academy Manager with us. We currently have 100+ academies in the UK and have recently launched in Miami and Dubai. We are seeking talented coaches and/or business people keen to take their career to the next level.

Soccer coaching is in high demand. Our UK network of academies have seen month on month growth over the past 18 months and we anticipate the same growth rate in Florida.

We have a proven program, and will provide you with all the training, tools and support you need to build successful academies serving young soccer players in your area.

You’ll have the luxury of choosing hours to suit and earning potential hard to match in the soccer coaching industry. If working full-time in sports coaching is your goal, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are ideally seeking candidates with experience in soccer coaching and/or business management. We are open to working with individuals new to the industry. Being a strong communicator and personable is essential. If this sounds like you, then we should talk.
