Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Assistant Baseball Coach at Miami Coral Park Senior High. The Assistant Baseball Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in organizing and conducting baseball practices and games, providing instruction and guidance to student athletes, and helping to develop their skills and abilities. The Assistant Baseball Coach will also assist in game-day preparations, communicate with other coaches and staff members, and support the overall success of the baseball program.

Qualifications
• Experience in coaching baseball and working with student athletes
• Strong knowledge of the game of baseball and its rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively train and motivate student athletes
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with other coaches and staff members
• Experience in providing instruction and feedback
• CPR and First Aid certification
