We are looking for a Youth Soccer Coach. Our goal is to create a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 10 years old

Job Details:

• Position: Youth Soccer Coach
• Kids are 1 to 10 years of age
• Practice: 10 – noon and 4-7pm on weekdays and 9-4pm on weekends
• Season: Year – Round Program
• $25 – $30/hour

Position Overview

• Training children ages 1.5-8yrs old, max 12 children per class
• Capable of following and understanding KidsUnited training sessions
• Consistently giving parent feedback about their child’s progress as well as keeping accurate records of feedback
• Communicating with parents about the purpose of each session and core focuses
• Ensure health and safety precautions are observed during all activities
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the facility clean

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement practice plans
• Coach players during practice and games
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with players and their families
• Assist with recruiting and evaluating potential players
• Help to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
