About the Position: The Head Coach, Women’s Soccer is a key member of the Athletics Department at Chicago State University. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the operations of the women’s soccer program. This includes leading a team of coaches and staff, recruiting and retaining top talent, and promoting the program through various marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the women’s soccer program
2. Lead a team of coaches and staff to achieve program goals and objectives
3. Recruit and retain top talent, including student-athletes, coaches and support staff
4. Promote the program through various marketing channels, including social media, local and national advertising, and community outreach
5. Collaborate with the Athletics Department and university administration to advance the mission and vision of the university

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Three to five years of collegiate or professional coaching experience

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year
