About the Job
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Youth Baseball Development Coach to join our team at The International School of San Francisco. As a member of our athletic department, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young athletes and help them develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience coaching youth baseball and be able to create an engaging and challenging practice structure for players of all skill levels. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with parents and students regarding expectations and progress.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive youth baseball program that aligns with the school’s values and mission
- Lead practices and games, providing constructive feedback and guidance to student-athletes
- Communicate regularly with parents and students regarding player development and team progress
- Maintain accurate records of player attendance, progress, and behavior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., education, sports management)
- At least 2 years of experience coaching youth baseball
- Ability to pass a full background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $4,500 – $5,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and professional development opportunities.
