Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive team strategy that includes player development, game planning, and in-game decision-making.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of coaches and support staff to achieve the team’s performance goals.
• Maintain high standards of coaching behavior and ensure all coaching staff adhere to NFL regulations and team policies.
• Evaluate player talent and work with the General Manager on recruitment, drafting, trades, and free agency.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes hard work, discipline, and respect.
• Engage with media, sponsors, and fans in a manner that enhances the reputation of the organization.
• Collaborate with the front office to align team objectives with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Coach or significant experience as a Coordinator in the NFL.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful game strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of NFL rules, regulations, and team dynamics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain focus on long-term objectives.
