Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as MCSA Coaches. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Manchester City’s methodology and philosophy through our youth programs at our state-of-the-art soccer centers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all coaching sessions are conducted in a professional manner, following the 10-week curriculum provided by Manchester City.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions incorporating City Football Group’s coaching philosophy, methodology, and principles.
• Support the Academy Director and lead staff pre, during, and post delivery, attending meetings and training sessions as required.
• Provide session plans for each week and follow the 10-week curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
