Schedule: Monday to Thursday 3:00 pm – 5:00pm needed at school by 2:45pm
Compensation: $2,500
Brooklyn Friends School is seeking an experienced Varsity Baseball Director of Athletics to lead our baseball program. This role is perfect for a passionate and skilled leader who values teamwork, mentorship, and the development of student-athletes in a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the varsity baseball program.
- Plan and execute engaging practices and game-day operations.
- Foster a supportive, competitive, and growth-focused team culture.
- Collaborate with the athletic department to support program needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in baseball, ideally at the varsity level.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for coaching and developing young athletes.
