Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM – 5:45 PM (Arrive by 3:30 PM; 2:30/2:45 PM on game days)
Compensation: $3,500
Brooklyn Friends School seeks a dedicated Varsity Softball Director of Athletics to lead our softball program and inspire student-athletes to excel on and off the field. This leadership role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and program development within a supportive and inclusive school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the varsity softball program.
- Plan practices and oversee game-day operations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment.
- Collaborate with the athletic department to support program needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in softball, ideally at the varsity level.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mentoring student-athletes and building a successful program
