Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and coordinating team practices, games, and other events.
- Help manage the day-to-day operations of the women’s lacrosse program, including scheduling, budgeting, and equipment procurement.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the growth and development of student-athletes, both on and off the field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women’s lacrosse and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with students, coaches, staff, and external partners to achieve the goals of the program.
