Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baseball Coach to join our team. This role involves working closely with student-athletes to develop their skills, promote teamwork, and foster a love for the game. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. As a Baseball Coach, you will play a crucial role in shaping the athletic experience and personal growth of our players.

Duties

• Develop and implement training programs that enhance players’ skills in baseball techniques, strategy, and teamwork.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, conditioning, and game preparation.
• Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
• Maintain safety standards during practices and games, ensuring all equipment is used properly.

Experience

• Experience in sports coaching, particularly in baseball or related sports.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with players, parents, and staff members.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes participation for all skill levels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed
