Location: East Otis, Massachusetts

Dates: 1 – 2 week long opportunities available between June and early-August

Compensation: $800-$1,200/week – Commensurate based on experience

Camp Description: The Berkshire Soccer Academy is an overnight soccer camp for girls. We offer an elite training experience for girls, ages 10-16, in a traditional camp setting on a private lake in the Berkshires.

Scope of Work: Master Coaches function under the direction of the Soccer Program Director, to plan, prepare, and facilitate two soccer sessions per day with a group of 20-30 campers of varying age and skill level. Master Coaches will be provided 3 colligate level players as Assistant Coaches throughout the week to help facilitate their sessions.

Master Coaches will be provided a thorough orientation before camp begins that covers Academy coaching protocol, coach training, and more. Master coaches live alongside other Master coaches in a house with private rooms and will be able to enjoy our beautiful facility outside of thier session and network with other coaches.
