Your Key Responsibilities
- Teach baseball and softball skills to players of all skill levels in a technology-enhanced environment.
- Develop and implement effective training plans tailored to meet the needs and long-term development of each player.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with players, parents, and coaches through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Collegiate or Professional baseball or softball coaching experience is required.
- Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred.
