Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kids Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and childcare, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. As a Kids Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing children’s skills in various sports while promoting teamwork, discipline, and a love for physical activity.

Duties

• Lead engaging and age-appropriate sports activities for children, including basketball and soccer
• Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
• Provide individualized attention to students to enhance their skills and confidence in their chosen sport.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate practice sessions, games, and events that promote teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health club standards.
• Monitor the well-being of all participants during activities to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a coaching or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong skills in one or more of the following areas: basketball, gym activities, or soccer
• Experience in behavior management techniques to effectively engage children of various ages.
• A background in sports coaching or related fields is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Pay: $20.00 – $45.47 per hour
