Wild About Sports Academy (WASA) offers youth sports programs (Baseball, Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, Tennis, and Volleyball) for children of all ages and skill levels. With both recreational and competitive options available, WASA is focused on developing well rounded athletes with the skills and attitude to become the Champions of tomorrow.

We are currently hiring Basketball, Soccer and athletes looking to make a difference through youth coaching. If you have a passion for play and coaching and would like to be a part of a focused, hard working team, then this experience is for you.

WASA coaching pay starts out at $17/hour, with opportunity to increase based on professionalism, experience, certification, and team performance.

All WASA staff receives coaching gear along with PAID Professional Development (Coaching Licenses)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

-CPR Certification
-Agreement to comply with, the requirement to complete the necessary course of instruction for sport specific certifications relevant to your sport with 6 months of the date you are approved as coach
-Focused on being a positive role model for all participants.
-Meet the goals and objectives set forth by General Manager
– Responsible, with ability to operate with little oversight and excel as a self starter.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

-Coaching Elementary aged kids (5-12) twice a week in your chosen sport
-Building Age appropriate practice sessions
– Placing players in best position to succeed
-Develop a playing style and team identity
– Prepare players for competitive competition
– Direct team during competitive matches.

Develop professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility in a fun, athletic environment
