We are a basketball training Academy located in Hong Kong. Looking for a basketball head coach who can lead our program.

Working Location in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Assist the company to develop its business.
• Manage the coaching team.
• Coach and give instruction to the athletes.
• Cultivate a Basketball program that is rooted in integrity, growth, learning, passion and teamwork
• Create a communicative environment encouraging parents, educators and admin to work together for the development of our student-athletes.
• Establish training techniques with a track record of success in technical skills and character development
• Assure proper safety is maintained during all practices and games
• Adhere to all company values, policies and business ethic codes
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• Proven experience coaching and/or playing basketball in a manner that is consistent with our values
• Strong commitment to Student Athletes
• General Microsoft office computer skills with strong communication skills
• High passion on basketball
• Vision on building a champion team and cultivating talented athletes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional basketball experience is required
• Native English Speaking
• Higher education level or above
• Experience with college planning and placement process
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
• High energy environment that requires a significant amount physical conditioning and endurance to execute programs properly.
