Looking for passionate basketball coaches who have a firm commitment to, and belief in, trying to get the best out of the kids and instill JAB pillars of Humility, Unrelenting, Gratitude, Extra-ordinary. We train the kids in all the fundamentals as well as developing their basketball IQ and commitment to a high level work ethic. At times we will be successful and at times we will stumble – but at all times WE WILL in the right way.

We are looking for coaches to join the JAB Family. Youth coaching experience is required for head coaching positions. Potential teams include 2nd-9th grade teams, girls and/or boys. Availability weekdays 4pm-9pm and weekend availability for games. We practice in the North Dallas area. Coaches will little to no experience will start off as assistant coaches within the program, learning our systems and culture.

Our players’ ages range from K-12th grade, both at the recreational/developmental level and select. Our teams have two workouts a week as well as league games on the weekends. There are also opportunities for coaching with our select tournament teams, camps, and skills coaching.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
