Compensation: $1,200 – $1,400 (based on playoffs & season length)

Job Overview:

ICSJ is seeking dedicated and passionate volleyball coaches for multiple middle school teams. We are looking for coaches who can develop young athletes, teach fundamentals, and foster a positive team environment.

Open Positions:

🔹 (2) 5th Grade Assistant/Co-Coaches

• Practice: Mondays, 3:15 – 4:15 PM
• Games: Friday nights / Saturday mornings

🔹 (1) 8th Grade Girls Coach

• Practice: Fridays, 4:30 – 5:45 PM
• Games: Mondays at St. Viator

🔹 (2) 8th Grade Boys Coaches

• Practice: Tuesdays, 4:30 – 5:45 PM
• Games: March 10 – May 10 (Monday – Friday, between 5:45 – 8:00 PM) at St. Viator

🔹 (1) Additional 8th Grade Girls Coach

• Practice: Fridays, 4:30 – 5:45 PM
• Games: Monday nights at St. Viator

These positions are flexible, and we can adjust based on availability.

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching or playing experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for youth sports development
• Ability to create engaging and structured practices
