Soccer Shots COUS is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy introduction to the game of soccer, emphasizing both skills and character development. We aim to leave a lasting positive impact on every child we serve.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in Miami/South Broward. No prior soccer experience is required; passion for impacting children’s lives is key.

Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of every child, conducting fun and positive sessions following our weekly curriculum, and adhering to on-site protocols as prepared by our supervisor.

• Flexible hours and competitive compensation starting at $20 per hour.
• Paid training at $13.25 per hour.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle insured.
• Prior experience working with children (formal or informal).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
