Job Opening: Basketball Coordinator (Sunday Mornings Only)

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Basketball Coordinator to lead our Sunday morning youth basketball program. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids and has experience coaching and refereeing basketball games.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Sunday mornings only

• Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop players ages 7-13 in a fun and encouraging environment
• Referee games while promoting fair play and sportsmanship
• Provide positive instruction and feedback to players
• Communicate with parents and volunteer coaches
• Ensure a safe and organized playing environment

Requirements:

• Experience coaching basketball, preferably with youth players
• Knowledge of basketball rules and ability to referee games fairly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate kids in a positive manner
• Reliable and punctual
