Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead and develop our youth soccer program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of soccer techniques and strategies, as well as the ability to educate and inspire young athletes. This role involves coaching players of varying skill levels, fostering teamwork, and promoting a love for the game.

Duties

• Develop and implement training sessions that enhance players’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Educate players on the rules of soccer, game strategies, and proper techniques.
• Organize and lead practices, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Coordinate with parents regarding player development and team activities.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and fun.
• Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive program that meets the needs of all athletes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer; additional experience in related sports such as Basketball, Karate, Judo, or Cheerleading is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate young athletes effectively.
• Background in Childcare or Lifeguarding is advantageous for ensuring safety during practices and games.
• A passion for sports and youth development is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for practices and games.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00 – $26.51 per hour
