We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Baseball Coach with a focus on pitching to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pitching mechanics, strategy, and player development. This coach will play a critical role in mentoring players, enhancing their skills, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement pitching drills and practice plans to improve player performance.
• Provide individualized instruction to players on pitching mechanics, arm care, and mental preparation.
• Assist in the planning and execution of team practices, focusing on defensive strategy and techniques.
• Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to develop game strategies and pitching rotations.
• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled practices and games.
• Evaluate player progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a supportive and motivating environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.

Schedule Requirements:

• Practices: Available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in baseball, with a focus on pitching preferred.

• Flexibility to accommodate the practice and game schedule.
