Position Overview:

Brazilian Soccer Training Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Team Soccer Coach to join our dynamic coaching staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing the skills of our young athletes, fostering a positive team culture, and contributing to the overall success of the program. This part-time position involves coaching sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with weekend availability required for games.

Responsibilities:

Training Sessions:Conduct organized and effective training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to enhance the technical, tactical, and physical abilities of players.
Develop and implement age-appropriate drills and exercises to address individual and team needs.

Game Day Responsibilities:Attend and actively participate in weekend games, providing strategic guidance and support to players during match situations.
Analyze team performance and provide constructive feedback to players for continuous improvement.

Player Development:Work closely with individual players to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Provide personalized coaching to enhance player skills, both on and off the field.

Team Building and Culture:Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
Organize team-building activities to strengthen the bond among players and create a supportive environment.

Mental Toughness and Growth:Assist players in developing a strong mentality, resilience, and mental toughness.
Implement strategies to enhance players’ confidence and focus, both during training sessions and competitions.

Communication:Maintain open and transparent communication with players, parents, and club management.
Provide regular updates on players’ progress, team dynamics, and any relevant information.

Organization and Planning:Create and implement season plans, including practice schedules, player evaluations, and development goals.
Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are available for training sessions and games.

Qualifications:

• USSF or equivalent coaching certification.
• Previous coaching experience, preferably with travel or competitive level teams.
• Strong understanding of soccer techniques, tactics, and player development.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for youth development and commitment to promoting a positive soccer experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per day
