Oasis Futsal Academy is an elite youth futsal program focused on individual player development in a “club-neutral” environment. We’re modernizing the youth sports landscape with innovative small group training sessions, a cutting-edge IOS/Android app, and an energetic coaching staff. Many of our coaches are college students with soccer backgrounds and a passion for coaching and inspiring young athletes.

Position: Academy Coach (Part-Time)

Locations: Blue Fury Sport Complex (Opa Locka)

Hours: Weekdays, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (6-10 hours/week)

Oasis Futsal Academy is hiring part-time Academy Coaches to join our dynamic team at our new after-school training locations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on youth athletes while working in a supportive, fun, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and age-appropriate futsal training sessions.
• Develop and implement skill-building session plans.
• Organize drills and small-sided games to foster player development.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their skills and confidence.
• Assist with player evaluations and selection processes.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive training environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a local college or university.
• Previous soccer playing experience (high school, club, college, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage and communicate clearly and loudly with children.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with futsal rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or working with children in a group setting.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for teaching and developing young athletes.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
