As a youth sports coach, you will be responsible for following our curriculum to teach the fundamentals of 10+ different sports, while creatively engaging young children ages 18 months to 12 years old through games and fun activities. Your role is pivotal in helping develop motor skills, coordination and a lifelong passion for fitness. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive online and in-person training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

Classes are typically held outdoors, across pre-schools/day-care centers, Elementary schools, parks, and recreational centers.
This is a part-time position. New Coaches can work 5-25 hours per week, begin training at $15 per hour and can earn up to $25 per hr.
Requirements:

• Experience working with children (professional experience is preferred but all experience will be considered)
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to travel to different locations around RVA
• Good Physical condition, able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of sports equipment.
• Submit to and have a completely clean background check
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with students, teachers, directors and parents on a daily basis
• First Aid/CPR certification or willing to complete company sponsored certifications
