The assistant basketball coach ensures an organizaed, safe, and impactful sports program operation for all participants. The coach will assist in the planning, leading, and supervision of youth sports including practices, clinics, and games.
Responsibilities:
Plan, lead and supervise assigned youth sports practices, clinics, and games
Prepare sports courts for use including set up and breakdown
Maintain all sports equipment used by the sports department
Maintain a safe environment ensuring play areas are suitable for game play
Maintain a positive relationship with staff, participants, volunteer coaches, and parents
