Volleyball coach ensures an organized, safe, and impactful sports program operation for all youth participants. The coach will assist in the planning, leading, and supervision of youth sports including practices, clinics, and games.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and supervise assigned youth sport practices, clinics, and games
- Prepare sports courts for use including equipment set up and breakdown
- Maintain all sports equipment used by the sports department
- Maintain a safe environment ensuring playing areas are suitable for game play
- Provide continual instruction and supervision of group and serve as a leader
- Maintain a positive relationship with staff, participants, volunteer coaches, and parents
