Leader is responsible for planning and imlementing daily sports activities for youth ages 5-16 with the goal of creating caring relationships, teaching life lessons, and instilling a positive outlook towards sports.
Key responsibilities include:
- implement practice plans in sports and recreational games
- create an age-appropriate learning environment for youth
- ensure the safety and well-being of youth
- maintain a positive and responsive relationship with staff, youth, and parents
- encourage youth positive social skills and appropriate behavior by example
