Job Requirements

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Baseball Coach, starting in March 2025.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Faith Statement: Must be able to sign and affirm the school’s statement of faith.
• Christian Church Membership: Active membership in a Bible-believing Christian Church is required.
• Youth Baseball Experience: Previous experience coaching youth baseball is essential.
• Teaching Skills: Must understand and be able to teach the fundamental skills of baseball.
• Communication and Leadership: Effective communication and strong leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Transportation: Must be willing and available to drive school vans to and from practices and matches throughout the season.
• Program Alignment: Will work in conjunction with the Varsity Head Coach to establish alignment across the middle school and high school programs.
