Our Mission

Techstars Central LLC is dedicated to delivering exceptional summer youth baseball and softball camps that inspire young athletes to develop a lifelong love for the game. Camp Locations

We operate camps throughout the Bay Area, with various locations available across San Francisco, Danville, Millbrae, Larkspur, Redwood City, Los Gatos/Saratoga, Napa, Palo Alto, Orinda, San Mateo, Los Altos Hills, Burlingame, San Carlos, San Jose, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Folsom, and Sacramento.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a strong passion for teaching and coaching softball
• Hold a minimum of high school-level coaching or playing experience
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Have reliable transportation to and from camp locations
• Be available to commit Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day for a minimum 3-5 week period
• Pass a comprehensive background screening

Salary Information

We offer competitive hourly rates based on skill level and experience, ranging from $18.67/hour for college students and recent graduates to $22.00/hour for professional educators with teaching certification.
