Jobleads-US is seeking a qualified Lead Assistant to join our team at the Breakthrough Basketball Academy.
Job Description:
As a Lead Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our training programs for Grades 4-10. You will work closely with our coaches and staff to ensure that every participant receives a fun and engaging experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement basketball training plans
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to improve program effectiveness
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a coach or player preferred
