Sacred Heart High School is accepting resumes for a Varsity girl’s soccer coach with experience in growing a program through teaching and molding student-athletes in character and excellence. We are seeking applicants with a drive to serve the community and inner-city youth with a flexible schedule. Requirements needed: Fingerprinting, Virtus Training, TB test, First Aid/CPR, Concussion Certs., Play Like a Champion Coaches Training.

“`Duties:“`

• Athlete Contract: Create and have student-athletes abide by
• Communicate with Students AND Parents: expectations of behavior, respect, commitment, communication
• Develop professional relationships with parents
• Develop Appropriate and Professional relationships with players: be approachable, earn their respect
• Team Bonding Event: Design, plan, and incorporate into the season
• Teach & Coach the person AND the student as well as the athlete
• Grade Check Form: disseminate, collect, and hold student-athletes accountable
• Utilizing Student Managers
• Utilizing Parents and parent Managers: transportation, Snacks, etc.
• Fundraise: Plan, communicate with the Athletic Director, and Ensure funds for Team Gear, etc
• Parent Hours: sign off on parent hours when they help
• Transportation: coordinate with the athletic director and parents

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,500.00 per year

• After school

• Nights as needed
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• soccer coaching: 3 years (Preferred)

Location:
