Responsibilities

• Coaching youth basketball teams
• Planning and organizing practices and games
• Engaging with players and parents
• Promoting sportsmanship and teamwork
• Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants

Requirements

• Experience in coaching or playing basketball
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with youth in a team setting
• Commitment to promoting sportsmanship and positive behavior

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working with youth
• Knowledge of basketball rules and strategies
• First Aid and CPR certification
