Description

The Bay School of San Francisco is seeking an experienced and passionate assistant coach to join our Varsity Baseball program. Our commitment to athlete development, sportsmanship, and teamwork has earned us recognition in the North Coast Section (NCS) and CIF, Bay Area Conference (BAC), and Bay Counties League (BCL).

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Collaborate with the Head Coach to deliver engaging and effective afternoon practices (1 ½ to 2 hours) from Monday to Friday, starting no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and ending no later than 7:30 pm, as well as regular Saturday practices.
• Be a key presence at all games, demonstrating a commitment to sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Support the athletic department with occasional meetings and school events.
