Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced lacrosse coach to join our team at Techstars Central LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor young athletes in the sport of lacrosse.
- Develop practice plans and training sessions tailored to individual skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for learning.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents regarding progress and goals.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous experience in coaching lacrosse or a strong understanding of the game. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
