Full job description

We’re seeking experienced and passionate coaches to inspire and lead the next generation of athletes in our LA City United Girls Club Soccer Team.

If you love soccer and want to make a lasting impact in your community, we need YOU!

  • Coaching youth ages 11-14
  • Weekend & Weeknight availability required
  • Multiple Part-time positions available
  • Competitive pay ranging from $21 – $32

Qualifications

  • Experience working with youth athletes or competitive level play is highly desired
  • Coaching certifications are not required to start, training and certification provided at no cost
  • Committed to mentorship, empowerment and development of young athletes
  • Instruct and teach participants various sports techniques, rules, and strategies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Offer guidance and support to participants helping them improve their skills and reach their fitness goals.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and movements, emphasizing safety and correct form.
  • Oversee sports and recreational activities, ensuring participants adhere to rules and maintain a safe environment.
  • Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and safe to use.
  • Encourage participation in sports and recreational activities through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Be prepared to administer first aid or emergency care if necessary, ensuring participant safety at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur during activities.
  • Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and safety protocols in sports and recreation to continually improve instruction and programming.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
