Position Overview
Techstars Central LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced lacrosse coach to lead its Girls Varsity team as an Assistant Coach. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of student-athletes.

As an Assistant Coach, you will be responsible for coaching the Varsity Girls Lacrosse team, potentially coaching the Junior Varsity team, developing and implementing effective practice plans and game strategies, mentoring and supporting student-athletes in their athletic development and personal growth, collaborating with the Varsity Head Coach and other staff members to achieve team goals, and ensuring a safe and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
