We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as instructors and coaches for our Lil Kickers and Skills Institute programs. As a coach, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and developing essential life skills through soccer.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading classes, guiding children through exercises and games, and promoting a positive learning environment. We encourage creativity and innovation in your coaching style, ensuring every child has a unique experience.
In addition to teaching soccer skills, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and engaging atmosphere, handling any issues or conflicts that may arise, and collaborating with colleagues to share best practices.
